Welcome to Pure Water Components!
Our office is located in Columbus, Georgia just north of Fort Benning Army Base, about 90 miles south of Atlanta. We regularly ship to all 50 States, Canada, and Mexico.
We specialize in prompt, knowledgeable, courteous customer service and are committed to shipping orders quickly and accurately. Simply put, we believe in the Golden Rule: treat others the way we want to be treated.
Mark and Paula McGowan are the owner/ operators of Pure Water Components. They are active in their church, where Mark is also the Music Pastor. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
Paula is a retired computer programmer and helps with processing orders, packing, and book keeping.
Mark has been with Pure Water Components since 2009 and manages the day-to-day operation. Since our company is small, you may catch him entering orders, packing, shipping or even cleaning the bathroom – whatever it takes!
Stephanie is our Office Manager and handles the AP/AR part of the business, but she also enters orders and helps with receiving products, shipping, and IT. She is a busy wife and mom of 2!
Tabitha is likely the first person you will come into contact with. She handles most of the phone calls, order entries, receiving, packing, and shipping. She is an outstanding addition to our team!
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to place an order?No. First time customers are welcome! All we need is a shipping address and credit card.
Do you offer tiered pricing/ quantity discounts?Yes, these are outlined in the pricing columns found in our Catalog (see Order page).
What methods of shipping do you offer?Our default shipping method is typically via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, however we can also ship via FedEx. We also offer expedited shipping services (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.)
How long do orders take to ship?For orders that are received by 2pm ET, we typically ship same day. Transit time depends on your location. UPS Ground to any state in the Continental USA is typically within 5 business days.
What is your return policy?If the item has not been used, or if it is defective, please contact us. We are usually able to process a return or have it returned to one of our Vendors.
